Design and Planning
Steal provides a team of designers and samplers to develop in detail a client’s idea or sketch. The utmost attention is paid to designing accessories thanks to our technicians’ experience and expertise, as well as the latest digital tools that allow us to apply any specification requested.
Selecting Raw Materials
STEAL’s company philosophy focuses on the selection of suppliers and checking the raw materials in each production phase. All the artisanal products are made guaranteeing the high quality standards requested by the client. In addition, the fast creation of samples and production efficiency guarantee the company a path of continuous improvement.
Cutting
At Steal a leather strip cutting machine is used after squaring the piece of leather, subdividing it and then inserting it between the blades, in different strips and sizes ready to be worked according to the client’s requests.
Perforation
The particular perforation along the belt, including the buckle and colors, make this leather accessory fit for a casual look, perfect for lovers of a classic, vintage and above all rock and roll style. This work is made possible by the vast range of rotary die cutting and punching machines used to perfectly cut and perforate belts and other kinds of leather accessories.
Gluing
The leather is glued using semi-automatic machinery that sprays the glue onto leather strips, uniformly on both parts of the belt. It then goes in a press to seal it. After gluing, the final step is done by hand so that the worker can remove any impurities or excess glue.
